摘要:
目的 通过神经导航辅助下微侵袭技术在老年患者小脑出血中的应用,探讨其实用价值。方法 小脑出血的患者( 年龄大于60岁),通过神经导航辅助下钻孔血肿外引流术患者为实验组,通过开颅血肿清除手术患者为对照组,对两组患者预后(ADL评级)进行统计学分析。结果 神经导航辅助下钻孔血肿外引流术与开颅血肿清除术在老年小脑出血患者预后及术后并发症上有统计学意义(P<0.05),神经导航辅助下钻孔血肿外引流术有利于减少术后并发症,改善预后。结论 应用神经导航辅助下微侵袭穿刺置管治疗老年小脑出血,取得了较为理想的效果,对临床神经外科医生有一定的指导作用和积极地临床意义,值得借鉴.
Abstract:
Object Through the Neuronavigation-assisted minimally invasive technique Applicated in elderly patients with cerebellar hemorrhage, to investigate the Practical values.Methods Patients with cerebellar hemorrhage (older than 60 years), the nerve navigational aids drainage of hematoma in patients as experimental group, by hematoma evacuation surgery patients as controls group, the prognosis of the two groups patients (ADL score) were statistically analyzed. Results neuronavigation assisted external drainage drilling hematoma and craniotomy evacuation of hematoma in the aged cerebellum hemorrhage patients prognosis was significant difference (P < 0.05), neuronavigation assisted external drainage drilling hematoma can reduce the postoperative complications, improve the prognosis. Conclusion neuronavigation assisted external drainage drilling hematoma in treatment of elderly patients with cerebellar hemorrhage achieved more satisfactory results, clinical neurosurgeon with some guidance and positive clinical significance, it is worth learning from.
