摘要:: 目的评价双切口Chow法腕管镜手术治疗糖尿病腕管综合征的安全性和有效性。方法回顾分析糖尿病腕管综合征患者70名90腕在局麻下行双切口Chow法腕管镜下腕管切开手术临床资料。结果根据Kelly分级，随访90腕中74腕优，8腕良，7腕一般，1腕差。优良率为91%。没有复发病例。平均恢复工作时间为3.5周。无手术相关的神经血管和肌腱损伤，无感染病例。结论采用Chow法腕管镜下对糖尿病腕管综合征进行治疗，安全、有效、创伤小、恢复快。鉴于糖尿病患者机体恢复较差，与常规开放腕管手术相比，创伤小的内镜手术更为适合。

Abstract:: Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of ECTR with Chow’s technique in diabetic patients. Methods From January 2009 to July 2013, 70 patients (90 wrists) had undergone ECTR by using Chow’s two portal technique under local anesthesia and the clinical data was analysised retrospectively. Results According to Kelly’s criteria, the results were excellent in 74 wrists, good in 8 wrists, fair in7 wrists, poor in 1 wrist, and excellent and good rate was 91%. The mean period for returning to work was 3.5 weeks. In addition, no operation-induced neurovascular or tendon injury and infection ocurred in any patient. Conclusions ECTR with Chow’s technique in diabetic patients is safe and effective. Compared with OCTR, with reduction in the destruction of tissue and rapid postoperative recovery, ECTR is more suitable for diabetic patients.
