摘要:
目的:总结微血管减压术治疗舌咽神经痛的临床经验。方法:回顾性分析采用微血管减压术治疗的23例舌咽神经痛患者的临床表现、术中所见、手术疗效及并发症的发生。结果:术毕疼痛均消失,随访6月无复发。4例术后出现短暂性声音嘶哑、饮水呛咳,6个月内好转消失;1例一直有咽喉部不适。结论:微血管减压术是治疗舌咽神经痛的可靠方法。对桥小脑角区局部解剖的熟悉,娴熟的显微手术技巧和丰富的手术经验是提高手术疗效、较少并发症发生的关键。
Abstract:
Objective To summarize the clinical experience of microvascular decompression for glossopharyngeal neuralgia. Methods To retrospective analysis the clinical manifestations,operative findings,surgery effects and complications of 23 glossopharyngeal neuralgia patients with the MVD operation. Results The pain disappeared in all the cases postoperatively .Patients were followed up 6 months, no recurrence. The occurence of postoperative complications: transient hoarseness and drinking cough in 4 cases and disappeard within 6 months , 1 case of throat discomfortable. Conclusion MVD is a reliable method for treatment of glossopharyngeal neuralgia. Familiar with local anatomy of cerebellopontine angle area and standard skilled operation can improve the surgery effect and decrease the complication occurence.
