摘要:
癫痫在世界范围内的发病率为0.7%-1%,严重危害患者的身心健康。通过药物联合治疗及手术治疗,仍有一部分患者的癫痫发作未得到满意控制,因此需要寻找新的方法来减轻患者的痛苦。脑深部电刺激(Deep Brain Stimulation, DBS)作为一种神经调控方法,具有相对安全、可调控、对神经损伤可逆等优点,是一种替代性的治疗手段。过去几十年来,DBS对难治性癫痫的治疗进行了很多的探索,虽然已取得了一定进展,但目前对于最佳刺激靶点及参数的选择仍有很多争议。本文将对DBS控制癫痫发作的脑网络机制、刺激参数及刺激靶点的选择等方面的研究进展作一文献综述。
Abstract:
Epilepsy has a prevalence of 0.7–1% worldwide and is seriously harmful to mental and psysical healthy of the patients. Some patients cannot achieve satisfactory seizure control with medcine combination and surgery therapeutic method.Therfore,new therapeutic method is necessary for releasing the suffering of these patients.Deep brain stimulation(DBS) as an nervous regulation method with relative safety,being managing and being reversible to the nervous lesions,is a powerfully potential theraputic method.DBS has been explored on the treatment of refractory epilepsy for recent several decades.Although having maked some progress,there is a controversy with the choice of optimal sitimulation target and parameter.This artical briefly review This chapter briefly reviews brain netmork mechanism and the choice of sitimulation parameter and target in research progress of deep brain stimulation in epileptic treatment
