摘要:
目的:探讨应用定向软通道治疗基底节区高血压脑出血的疗效。方法:对35例基底节区高血压脑出血患者施行定向软通道技术清除血肿,并结合术后CT片上的残留血肿量进行尿激酶灌注溶凝治疗。结果:35例患者中死亡1例,存活34例,其中意识清醒32例,植物生存2例。近期疗效评定,格拉斯哥预后量表(GOS)评分优良者23例;远期疗效评定,ADLⅠ~Ⅲ 级者26例。结论:定向软通道技术定位精确、操作简便、安全、损伤小,治疗基底节区高血压脑出血的临床效果良好。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of application of directional soft channel in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia. Method:Directional soft channel technology was used to remove the hematoma in 35 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage of basal ganglia region,combined with lavaging the coagulation according to the amount of residual hematoma postoperative CT films with urokinase. Results:Among the 35 patients,died in 1, survivedin 34 cases, conscious in 32cases,plant survival in 2 cases. The excellent efficacy evaluation of Glasgow outcome scale(GOS)was in 23 cases, long term effect evaluation of ADLⅠ-Ⅲ was in 26 cases. Conclusion:The directional soft channel technology can fix a position accurately,with simple and safe operation, less damage,low cost, and is suitable for the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage of basal ganglion.
