摘要:
目的通过与FireVoxel软件测量的结果比较,探讨多田公式测量脑出血血肿体积的误差及适用范围。方法收集85例自发性脑出血患者的头颅CT检查数据资料,分别采用多田公式和FireVoxel软件测量血肿体积。将患者按FireVoxel测量的血肿体积分为:<30 mL组(47例),30~50 mL组(30例),>50 mL组(8例);按血肿形状分为:规则组(51例),不规则组(19例)和分叶状组(15例)。分别对不同血肿大小和形状组用FireVoxel软件法和多田公式法测量的结果进行分析比较。结果本组患者的平均血肿体积,多田公式法测量为(35.13±17.95)mL,FireVoxel软件法测量为(29.85±13.53)mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);多田公式法测量的平均误差为5.28 mL,误差率为(29.85±13.53)%。血肿体积<30 mL组、30~50 mL组及>50 mL组的多田公式法测量结果的误差率分别为:(12.33±20.29)%,(22.67±20.99)%,(20.11±14.63)%。血肿形状规则组、不规则组及分叶状组的多田公式测量结果的误差率分别为:规则组(4.43±11.78)%,不规则组(32.89±14.34)%,分叶状组(37.98±19.23)%。结论多田公式是一种粗略的脑部血肿体积计算方法,存在一定的局限性。在某些特殊情况下其结果有较明显的误差,误差与血肿的大小及形状有关。
Abstract:
Abstract: ObjectiveCompared with the results by FireVoxel software,the application of Dotian formula for measuring the volumn of hematoma after cerebral hemorrhage was discussed. MethodsThe CT data of 85 patients with spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage were collected and the hematoma volume was measured by Dotian formula and FireVoxel software respectively. The hematomas were divided into three groups according to the volume measured by FireVoxel: the first group was under 30 mL(n=47), the second group was 30-50 mL(n=30), and the third group was over 50 mL(n=8). Grouped by shape: regular group(n=51), irregular group(n=19) and lobulated group(n=15). The measurement results of the two methods were analyzed and compared according to the size and shape of hematoma. ResultsDotian formula volume is(35.13±17.95)mL and FireVoxel software volume is(29.85±13.53)mL which showed statistically significant differences(P<0.001). The average measurement error of the multifield formula was 5.28 mL, and the error rate was (29.85±13.53)%. The error rate was measured by Dotian formula: the first group was(12.33%±20.29%), the second group was(22.67%±20.99%), and the third group was(20.11% ±14.63%). According to the shape of hematoma, the error rate was measured by the Dotian formula:(4.43% ± 11.78)%, (32.89±14.34)%, and (37.98±19.23)% in the irregular group respectively. ConclusionThe Dotian formula is a rough calculation method for the size of hematoma, but it has some limitations. Under certain circumstances, the result has obvious error which is related to the size and shape of hematoma.
