【摘要】近些年来免疫逃逸在肿瘤发生、发展中所起的作用受到越来越多学者的关注。胶质瘤起源于神经上皮组织,是最常见的原发性颅内恶性肿瘤,其复发率高、预后差。究其原因,高度侵袭性和免疫逃逸是导致胶质瘤患者预后不良的原因之一。氯离子通道蛋白-3(chloride channel-3,ClC-3)作为氯通道家族一员,在胶质瘤中高表达并广泛参与细胞容积调节、增殖、迁移及凋亡等多种生理过程;但其是否介导胶质瘤的免疫逃逸目前未见报道。
Abstract:
Abstract: In recent years, more and more scholars have paid attention to the role of immune escape in tumorigenesis and development.Glioma, originated from neuroepithelial tissue, is the most common primary intracranial malignant tumor with high recurrence rate and poor prognosis. The high degree of invasiveness and immune escape is one of the reasons for poor prognosis of glioma patients. Chloride ion channel proteins-3(chloride channel-3, ClC-3) as a member of the family of chloride channel, is highly expressed in glioma and has wide participation in cell volume regulation, proliferation, migration and apoptosis and other physiological processes. However, whether the glioma mediated immune escape has not been reported.
