摘要:
帕金森病(PD)是第二常见的神经退行性疾病,也是最常见的运动障碍性疾病;其临床表现复杂多样且症状波动变化大。目前临床对帕金森病症状的评估主要依靠一些量表和日记,但是其都只是对症状的一个时间节点进行评估,无法进行持续的症状监测评估。长时程运动监测设备正是针对运动障碍症状缺乏客观持续测评方法而开发的运动症状监测工具。现结合近期的文献报道就长时程运动监测设备对PD的运动迟缓、震颤、运动波动、异动症等症状的监测与评估研究进展进行综述。
Abstract:
Parkinson’s disease(PD) is the second most common neurodegenerative disease and the most common movement disorder. Its clinical manifestations are complex and varied and its symptoms fluctuate greatly. At present, the clinical assessment of PD symptoms mainly relies on some scales and diaries, but they only assess the symptoms at a time node, and unable to carry out continuous symptom monitoring and assessment. The long-term movement monitoring equipment is a symptom monitoring tool for the lack of objective and continuous measurement of the symptoms of movement disorders. Combined with the recent literature reports, this article reviews the monitoring and evaluation of the long-term movement monitoring equipment on the symptoms of PD, such as bradykinesia, tremor, motion fluctuations, and dyskinesia.
